So I took a week off due to me being sick... So glad to be back but OMG my arms, back and legs are killing me... WOW!!!

First two rounds were cool... But the last three, OMG... I was feeling it... I suck at Push Ups by the way... LOL Good workout but Man 'O' Man am I soooo sore!
Finished w/ Push Jerk
5X55lbs (25kg)
5x65lbs (29kg)
5x75lbs (34kg)
3x85lbs (38kg)
Was sooo done after push jerk... After that workout I was surprised I could even hold an empty womans bar over my head... LOL :)
FEELS GOOD TO BE BACK THO!!!
