15 Sit Ups
15 DB Push Press (20bls)
15 DB Lunges (20lbs)
9 Sit Ups
9 DB Push Press (20bls)
9 DB Lunges (20lbs)
No Time... Had no stop watch.. LOL
Ab Roler 3X5
Back Extensions 3X10 (25lb plate)
Back Squats 3X5
Not sure how much the bar weighed, I wanna say it might have been a guys bar... So maybe 45lbs... I don't know... But below is what I added to the bar

So I dunno.. I didn't think I worked that hard, but let me tell you, I was soooo sore.. My abs are still sore today! LOL
Santos and Megan hurry up and get back.. I hated working out at Anytime Fitness.. It sucks!!!
