My time sucked... I wanted to @ least be @ like 16:00... My SDHP were a little shakey, not sure why, and my O-Head squats are solid but my wrists hurt like crazy... by the last 500m row I was done. I didn't think I could finish... Thanks Megan for encouraging me!! LOL...
