Didn't do o-lifting but I joined the 5pm class; it was a good one!
Started w/turquish get ups 3 on each arm n after each set do 10 double unders
1st set @ 15lbs
2nd set @ 20lbs
5 rounds of bench press @ 83lbs and pull ups for reps
Bench press: 3, 2, 2, 2, 2 = 11
Pull ups: 15, 10, 10, 10, 12 = 57
total reps: 68
Good workout and hopefully next time ill be able to do more reps @ 83lbs; well see!!
