Wednesday 5/26/10

Deadlift 4X3
165X3, 175X3, 185X3, 190X3

20 KB Swings (35lbs)
10 Push Jerks (65lbs)
200m run

3 rounds + 10 KB Swings

Started the workout with 75lbs for the push press but of course for sum reason my left arm/shoulder got a sharp pain when putting the weight above my head...so um yeah ugh guess I'm not fully recovered from saturday! Lol

Good workout though!
