Finally Got to workout!!!

AMRP in 3; 5 min rounds

5 Dips (purple band)
10 DB weighted lunges (12lbs)
15 sit ups

9 rounds

I didn't do the workout that the rest of the group did due to the fact that I was sick... Ugh... But it was still a good workout cuz I am still sore... LOL...

Back Squats

35kg = 77X5
39kg = 87X5
44kg = 97X5
44kg = 97X5
