Time sucked, but whatever... My hip was bothering me again...just during bear crawls and a little bit during wall ball thats why I didn't use a 14lb ball... My time could have been better... Oh well...

Couldn't do anymore than that, I pinched my freekin back where it has been hurting... ugh... Need to find out what I did to my back dangit... We will see how o-lifting will go tonight... Hopefully much better than last week, I HOPE :)
