3 Rounds (Didn't Finish) Ugh.. :(
Did 1 full round, 2nd round sub farmers walk for a gaser, 3rd round sub pull ups w/20 Box jumps @ 18inch box.. I sucked that day, I had been working out in the morning and was spoiled w/ the cooler weather, came and tried to work out in 100 degree weather and it kicked my rear. So mad Ugh... :(
