This workout was way harder than I thought. For one my shoulders were shot from the workout on Wednesday! Ugh... But I gave it my best, but probably could have done w/out the extra breaks... Next time will be better!!!
Finisher: Strict Pull Ups
Megan & I were partners, we got 57 WHOOP WHOOP :) LOL
I did 32 w/a mm Band (big purple one)
That was my first time ever doing strict pull ups... Pretty dang hard, I wanted to kip to help me up, but I didn't... Next time I will work to the mm band (smaller bands)
