4 Rounds; (Didn't finish AGAIN) BIG UGH... :(
I did 3 Rounds but no 200m Run; I started feeling really sick... So mad that I didn't finish another workout.. I SUCK AGAIN :( LOL... Oh well, I will definately finish Wednesdays work out dangit!!!
We worked on Power Snatches... Started w/ a training bar and added 10lbs and then another 5lbs, I believe Santos said I was working w/ 30lbs. I have come to find out that I really like this movement. Hopefully I will feel the same after Wednesday's work out and that I can put more weight on the bar!
