My hip was really bothering me yesterday while doing snatches and C&J's, not sure what was wrong with me... Not good if I am planning on doing the November 15th Competition! Ugh...

  1. Happens to me sometimes. Knees or hips feel "off" one day, but then back to normal the next session.

    Didja skip out on clean pulls?
