Muscle Snatch w/3 O-Head Squats;

While working with Veronica on my snatches I was at a wider squat, I started working on doing my squat more narrow... Its working out so far working on doing the muscle snatch to an OHS... We will see when I do the Snatch from the ground into the OHS... Wish me luck... LOL :)
