7 Pull Ups (MM Band)

I was a little ditsy cuz I did 7 Push Jerks instead of 5... I think I was confused cuz of the 7 Rounds... I dunno... Whatever... LOL... This was a harder workout than I thought... 7 Rounds is a long time but I finished with a good time...
